Property Negotiator

I am currently seeking an experienced, confident, career driven negotiator to join an expanding estate agency. This successful estate agency are looking for a knowledgeable negotiator with aspirations for progression with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out valuations
  • Arrange viewings and respond to all leads
  • Undertake viewings and other appointments to support team during busy periods
  • Ensure feedback is given to all landlords regularly and discuss feedback in the morning meeting
  • Ensure that all offers are presented to the landlords and confirmed via email
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation are completed
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department
  • Process payments in relation to tenancies, deposits and fees
  • Ensure that all databases are maintained and regularly updated

Skills Required:

  • This role requires you to have had a solid track record in property negotiating
  • Strong knowledge of Manchester and surrounding areas
  • Good understanding of the legal requirements and laws surrounding all aspects of letting properties
  • Must possess the ability to hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full clean driving license
