The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and creating SAP Purchase Info Records

Daily duties:

         To create purchase info records for raw materials and finished goods in SAP based on price updates provided by Procurement
·         Ongoing and periodic maintenance of all purchase info records to ensure data integrity and uniformity – investigate and develop tools for improving processes and for data cleansing.
·         Update pricing on purchase orders based on vendor confirmations and Procurement approval
·         Update pricing on a monthly basis using the material matrix and update open purchase orders
·         Identify materials that are either missing or obsolete on the material matrix
·         Use the mass update tool in SAP and Microsoft Excel for creating and changing purchase info records
·         Work closely with Master Data and Costing during material creation process
·         Review PO report on a weekly basis to identify purchase orders with penny pricing and update as necessary
·         Maintaining and creating Source List
·         Resolve pricing discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices with Accounts Payable and vendors
·         Assist internal audit on a quarterly basis for standard price testing
·         Review and identify correct vendors are being referenced on material creation and extension forms
·         Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or modified either formally or informally, either in writing or verbally at the discretion of Management.

You muist have: 

 ·        Ideally will have previous Procurement Experience- (FMCG -Food or Drink ) Desirable 
          Should be extremely analytical and detailed-oriented –
   
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Ability to prioritize, plan and execute and work with minimal supervision
·         Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
·         SAP experience (desired)
·         Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
