Monday to Friday 9am -06pm (some flexibility required)

Reporting into the HR & Facilities team, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the offices, ensuring that we are working in a safe, organized and well-maintained environment.
·        Supervising the Facilities contractors to ensure job completion (this may involve out of hours work)
·        Ensure the drinks fridges are kept stocked across the two sites
·        Refilling of water coolers in both offices
·        Managing the internal deliveries of letters and parcels
·        Setting up of meeting rooms, including furniture moves
·        Assisting with internal office moves, including the movement of IT equipment
·        Keeping the offices today and fully stocked with supplies
·        Descaling coffee machines
·        Coordinating off-site archive storage and keeping an inventory
·        Housekeeping and basic maintenance jobs across the office
·        Maintain keys and ensure spares are kept
·        Conduct daily checks of the building for decoration and repair
·        Health & Safety – daily walk around to check for any hazards
·        Occasional reception cover
·        Assisting the warehouse team as required
This list is for guidance only and the post holder will be required to undertake additional duties in line with the change needs of the business
·         Basic DIY skills
·         Manual Handling knowledge as heavy lifting will be required
·         Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Desirable:
·         Driving licence
·         Previous Facilities experience
·         A good team player able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
·         A bright ‘can-do’ attitude
·         Willingness to learn, enthusiastic, hardworking with acute attention to detail
·         Self-starting and adaptable in a dynamic environment
·         A rapid learner and a creative solver of problems

  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Thorough understanding of Company policies, practices, and procedures
  • A willingness to accept and perform extra business-related tasks that may from time-to-time be assigned
  • A hard-worker who will do what it takes to deliver success for the business and shape the role
