Axis provides a Search and Selection facility aimed at the senior end of the market. Separate to the general recruitment area, the executive search division specialises only in the placement of Board Level candidates to Senior Managers.

The North West Commercial Sector is niche and incestuous and it is important that sensitive recruitment requirements be dealt with even more tactfully. Having worked in this field for a number of years we are already familiar with many of the people holding senior positions which means that we are best suited to approach them should vacancies arise.

The process to find the best Senior Level candidate is more complex than generalist recruitment therefore please contact us in order to schedule a meeting to discuss your needs.
